Why am I getting these emails?
You typed your email on a creator’s fallo page, or were invited by them, and then tapped the confirm link we sent you. Nobody gets added without that tap.
What will I get?
An email each time a creator posts a new video or goes live, with the thumbnail, the title and a Watch button. That’s it: no newsletters, no ads. Now and then the email may mention another creator they recommend, and you can ignore it.
Who sends them?
The creator decides what goes out, and fallo delivers it. That’s why the sender says “Creator via fallo”.
Does it cost anything?
No. It’s free for you, and you don’t need an account or a password.
Who can see my email address?
The creator you joined, because it’s their list. fallo never sells it or gives it to anyone else. Creators who recommend each other never see each other’s lists. More in our privacy policy.
Can I get fewer emails?
Yes. If you follow several creators, you can get one roundup a day or a week instead of an email per video. Use the link at the bottom of any fallo email; you can keep favourite creators instant.
How do I stop?
Tap Stop these emails at the bottom of any email from fallo. It works straight away, in one tap, and you won’t be asked why.
I never signed up
Then you won’t get videos: every list needs the confirm tap first. If you’re getting emails you didn’t ask for, tap Stop these emails, and tell us so we can look into it.
