However you make videos, your fans should hear about them

The bell is easy to miss and the feed picks favourites. Here’s how Fallo fits the way you work.

Find your kind of channel

Live streamers

Your viewers are watching on a big screen with a phone in hand.

Keep the see-through QR code in a corner for the whole stream, and mention it when new people arrive. When the stream ends, everyone who scanned gets the replay.

Weekly uploaders

Your fans like you, but the feed doesn’t always show them your new video.

Put the QR code in the last ten seconds of each video and your link in the pinned comment. Every Tuesday (or whenever you post), they hear from you first.

Small and new channels

You don’t need a big audience. You need the people who already like you to come back.

Your first fans are the ones who’ll comment, share and stick around. Fallo makes sure they never miss a video while you grow.

Teachers and tutorials

Lessons build on each other, so missing one means falling behind.

Fans get each new lesson as it lands, in order. Mention your link at the start of a series so learners can follow along.

Musicians

Releases, covers, live sessions: every one is a moment you want listeners there for.

Put your link in every description and on your merch table. Each new song goes straight to the people who asked for it.

Podcasters

Long episodes, loyal listeners, and a feed that buries anything over ten minutes.

Each episode email has the title, a short line and share buttons, so listeners can pass on the one that made them think.

Playbook

Getting your first fans

Six things that work, in the order we’d do them. None of them take more than a few minutes.

Something you can say on camera

“If you never want to miss a video, go to fallo.ai/yourname and I’ll email you every time I post. No spam, just the videos.”

  1. Put your link everywhere you already are

Channel bio, every video description, your other socials. Fallo tracks which one each fan came from, so you can see what works.

  2. Pin a comment on your latest videos

Use the one in your dashboard: “New videos by email, minutes after I post. No algorithm, no missed uploads.” Then your link.

  3. Show the QR code on screen

In the corner of live streams, and for the last ten seconds of uploads. People who watch on a TV can’t click a link, but they can scan.

  4. Say it out loud, once

Viewers act on what you say more than what’s on screen. One sentence is enough (there’s one below).

  5. Ask your first fans to share

Every email has share buttons. Turn on a fan reward to give your biggest supporters a reason to use them.

  6. Turn on recommendation swaps

Once you have a few fans, Fallo can suggest creators like you. A swap puts you in front of fans who already like your kind of video.

Why email

The one channel no algorithm controls

Platforms decide who sees your video. An email list is the only place where you decide. Everyone who joined gets it, every time.

The bell

Only rings for subscribers who turned it on, and even then it competes with every other notification on their phone.

The feed

Shows your video to some subscribers, some of the time, based on what it thinks they want today.

Search

Great for new viewers. No help at all for telling existing fans you just posted.

Fallo

Every fan who asked gets an email, minutes after you post. You can see who opened it.

Claim the name your fans will remember

fallo.ai/yourname is what you’ll say on camera and print on your QR code. Grab it before someone else does.
