Your list is yours
Your fans gave their email to you, not to us. Here’s exactly what fallo does with it, and what it never does.
Our promises
These aren’t just words on a web page. Each one is a commitment in our Terms of Service.
Straight answers
Can fallo staff see my fans?
Only to run the service: checking a list you uploaded before any invite goes out, or looking into a support request or an abuse report. Staff pages show your fan counts, not addresses.
Does YouTube or Google get my fans’ emails?
No. fallo uses Google only to sign you in and to check that a channel is yours. Your fans’ addresses never go to Google or YouTube.
What happens to my fans if fallo is sold or closes?
These promises are written into our Terms, so they stay with your fans’ data if fallo is ever sold. If fallo closes, we’ll give you at least 30 days to download your list first, then delete it.
My company needs a data processing agreement
Email hello@fallo.ai and we’ll send one.
Do you track my fans?
fallo counts opens and taps on Watch, so you can see how each email did. There are no advertising trackers, and fans’ activity is never sold or shared with anyone but you.
