When a fan shares, a friend can join
Every video email has share buttons. The friend lands on your fan page with the video playing, and can ask for the next one. Each fan has their own link. Your list stays private.
Share buttons in every video email
Under the Watch button: WhatsApp, Text, Email, X and Facebook, plus a link to copy. Each one opens with the video title and that fan’s own link already filled in.
- The line above them is “Know someone who’d like this?”
- They’re on every video email. You don’t switch them on. There’s nothing to install.
- Not a plain YouTube link. It opens your fan page with that video attached, so the friend can watch and join in the same place.
The friend watches, then can join
The page is your fan page, with the video playing at the top. Under it, one box, the same join as anywhere else.
- Video first. “A friend shared this with you”, then the player and the title.
- Then the ask. “Want Ana Cooks’ next video?” is the example. Yours uses your channel’s name. They type an email and confirm it from their inbox. No account, no password.
- Only your videos. The page will only play a video from your own channel, so nobody can use it to show something else.
- Counted as a share, apart from your description, your QR code and the other places you post the link.
Each fan has a link of their own
The moment they confirm, they’re given a personal version of your address. The share buttons in later emails use that same link.
- On the You’re in page, right after they confirm, under “Know someone who’d like Ana Cooks?” — your channel’s name. They can copy it straight away.
- A friend who joins through it is credited to that fan, so you can see who brings people in.
- The code is theirs. Two fans sharing the same video don’t share the same link.

It counts toward fan rewards, when you’ve turned them on
Rewards are off until you write a thank-you and switch them on. With them on, friends who confirm through a fan’s link count toward it.
- Confirmed friends only. They count when they confirm. An address that never confirms does not.
- The fan has to still be on your list. If they left, they don’t earn it.
- You send the thank-you. fallo does the counting and tells the fan once they’ve earned it. It doesn’t post the shout-out or mail the sticker.
- With rewards off, the share buttons and the page stay. They just don’t mention a reward.
Lists stay private
A share opens the video and a box to join. It doesn’t open your list.
- A friend sees the video, not who else is on the list. Other creators don’t see it either.
- You see who brought people in: how many, and which fans. With rewards on, the ones who’ve earned the thank-you are listed for you to send it. That isn’t a public list.
- Addresses stay yours. fallo never sells or shares your fans’ emails. A friend joins by typing their own.
