Creators recommending creators, by email

A swap is two YouTubers agreeing to point their fans at each other. Here’s how a partner is found, where fans see them, and what stays private.

How Fallo picks who to suggest

Your Grow page lists creators whose fans are likely to enjoy your videos, best match first.

  • Same category first. Set yours, like Cooking or Gaming, and creators in it rise to the top.
  • Then shared topics: Fallo compares the words in your recent video titles with theirs, and tells you what you have in common.
  • Verified channels only, and nobody you already have a swap with.
  • Know someone already? Ask them directly by their Fallo name.

How a swap gets agreed

Nobody is added to anyone’s emails by surprise. Each step is a button one of you presses.

  1. You askPress Ask to swap. The other creator gets an email saying who you are and what a swap means.
  2. They decideYes starts it straight away. “Not now” closes the request, and you aren’t told why.
  3. You both appearEach of you shows up for the other’s fans in the two places below.
  4. Pause or endEither of you can pause or end it. Fans who already joined stay on the list they joined.

The two places your fans see a partner

Both are moments when a fan has just said yes to a creator, so a similar one is an easy yes too. Joining takes one tap, because Fallo already has their confirmed address.

Counts, never lists

A swap shares an audience’s attention, not their details. Your partner can’t see who your fans are, and you can’t see theirs.

  • What you do see: how many fans you gained from recommendations, this week and in total.
  • A fan who joins your list from a partner becomes your fan like any other, marked “Recommended” so you know where they came from.
  • Ending a swap removes you from each other’s emails and sign-up pages straight away.

Fan rewards: what the fan sees

You set two things: how many friends (1 to 20) and what they get. Fallo does everything between.

  • The offer travels with them: it shows on the fan’s “You’re in” page and at the bottom of every video email, next to their own link.
  • Only confirmed friends count. A friend has to confirm their email before it goes toward the total.
  • Once, not every time: when the count is reached, the fan gets one email saying they’ve earned it and that you’ll be in touch.
  • Your thank-you list: earned fans wait on your Grow page until you mark them as rewarded.
