Thank the fans who bring their friends

You choose how many friends and what they get. fallo counts the ones who confirm, tells the fan once they’ve earned it, and gives you the list. You send the reward.

You pick the number and the thank-you

It lives in Grow, and it’s off until you turn it on. Fans don’t see an offer until you’ve written one.

  • How many friends: from 1 to 20. It starts at 3.
  • What they get: up to 120 characters. A shout-out in your next video, a pinned comment, early access, a sticker, a call. Anything you can actually give.
  • On or off. Turning it on needs the thank-you filled in. Turning it off hides the offer. Friends already counted stay counted.
  • You send it. fallo does the counting and the telling. It doesn’t post the shout-out, mail the sticker, or pay anyone.

Two places, next to their own link

The words are the ones you wrote. Each fan’s link is theirs, so a friend who joins is credited to the right person.

  • The You’re in page, right after they confirm, under “Know someone who’d like you?”
  • Every video email, at the bottom, under the share buttons. The buttons use that same link.
  • Only while rewards are on. With them off, neither place mentions a reward.

Only confirmed friends count

fallo checks when a friend confirms, not when they type an address. The fan has to still be on your list. If they left, they don’t earn it.

A fan shares their link

After they confirm, they get a link of their own. The offer sits next to it on their You’re in page, and at the bottom of every video email.

A friend confirms

A friend joining your list for the first time through that link is credited to them. They count when they confirm. An address that never confirms does not.

The count reaches your number

When a friend confirms, fallo counts how many confirmed friends that fan has brought. If rewards are on and the number is at least what you set, they’ve earned it.

One email, then it’s yours

They get one “You earned it” email. Friends who confirm after that are still credited to them. They don’t earn the reward again.

You send it. Then mark it sent.

The fan’s email says you’ve been told and will be in touch. On your side, that’s the Fans to thank list in Grow.

  • What the fan gets: one email, “You earned it”. It says how many friends joined, repeats the reward, and links to your fan page.
  • What you get: their email, how many friends joined, and when they earned it. Send the reward the way you said you would, then press Mark sent. They come off that list.
  • Your Fans page notes it too: how many confirmed friends they brought, and that they earned the thank-you.
  • Top sharers this month is the same counting: the fans who brought the most confirmed friends. It isn’t a second reward.
